I bought it because it was featured in the Fighting Fantasy book "Choose Your Adventure" and thought I'd give it a try. The wick on the front is great. The book drove me crazy. I didn't really expect to be so attracted to her, it's a very profound experience and I love how you start without remembering how you got there and everything is explained along the way.

Compared to the books I read as a child, it is much more difficult and also much bigger. It is a good book. The graphics are great although I would have liked to see more and the gameplay is very different from the FF books but I think it's for adults.

There are no dice. Anyway, I've never used a cube so I didn't miss it. It uses some sort of code system, so you'll need a pencil to write it down. For example, at one point I had a "stealth" chip implanted in my brain so that I could use it anywhere and walk away. The way you can go back and take advantage of the places you have visited before is great. Add code to the page to use "stealth," which means you're not limited to how or where you use it. It gives you a lot of freedom and means you can do whatever you want.
